Job summary

Hana Group in Nantwich is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead our on-site kiosk team and uphold strict food safety standards. You will manage staff, ensure accurate labeling, and deliver high-quality, sustainable food.

With early shifts starting around 6am, you will drive forward planning, order weekly stock, and maintain audit readiness while promoting excellent customer service and a positive team culture within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Responsibilities

• Lead the kiosk and the team to maintain high standards and comply with health and safety policies.
• Oversee stock, orders and monthly stock takes to ensure consistent supply.
• Provide friendly customer service and uphold the brand's sustainability values.
