Job summary

hana group is seeking a Mobile Chef Manager (Mornings Only) with own vehicle for a full-time permanent role in the United Kingdom. The role involves managing a kiosk team, ensuring food safety and high cleanliness standards, and preparing fresh ingredients at an early start time (as early as 6am).

You will be responsible for ordering, stock rotation, and monthly stock takes, with mileage paid and free onsite parking.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
