Job summary

HQN Ltd is seeking an Empty Homes Supervisor to lead refurbishment work from our Eastleigh office and cover the South region. You will oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

We’re looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

The role will be working from our Eastleigh office covering the South includingBournemouth, Southampton, Andover, Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
