Job summary

Abri in Bracknell is seeking an Empty Homes Supervisor to lead refurbishment projects and coordinate with contractors, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.

You will manage multiple projects, problem-solve on-site, and drive improvements in property maintenance to support safe, quality homes for communities. Occasional travel to our London, Eastleigh, Yeovil offices, and meetings in Slough and Langley may be required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

We're looking for someone who has experience in property maintenance, refurbishment, or construction, an ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once and a passion for improving homes and communities.

This role will be based from our Bracknell office, with periodic travel required to our wider offices based in London (W10 5BN), Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) and Yeovil (BA22 8WN). Meetings may also take place in Slough and Langley.
