Randstad Construction & Property in Bracknell seeks an Empty Homes Supervisor to lead end-to-end void refurbishments, coordinating in-house and contractor teams to deliver safe, high-quality homes ready for re-letting.

You will drive improvements in processes, oversee safety compliance, and travel between Bracknell and regional sites to support housing stock across the South East and South West.

Formación

• Experience in social housing maintenance or void refurbishment.
• Ability to manage multiple void projects and coordinate trades.
• Willingness to travel between regional sites.
• UK driving licence or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end refurbishment of empty properties across the region to meet re-let standards.
• Direct and supervise in-house operatives and subcontractors for remedial works.
• Conduct pre- and post-void inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times.
• Travel to regional offices/sites as required (Bracknell hub with regional travel).
