Karbon Homes is seeking an experienced Operations Team Manager to lead the Empty Homes team across Durham, Consett and Stanley. You will manage a multi-disciplined in-house and subcontractor repairs operation, driving performance, safety and quality while delivering efficient repairs in our empty properties.

The role requires a strong people manager with housing sector knowledge, a collaborative style and the ability to meet tight KPIs within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary in-house and subcontractor repairs team.
• Strong knowledge of building and maintenance in social housing.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cross-disciplinary team to deliver repairs in empty homes.
• Manage performance, safety, and quality with focus on improvement.
• Oversee out-of-hours service and standby payments.
