Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking an Operations Team Manager for the Empty Homes team. You will lead a multi-disciplinary in-house trades team and approved subcontractors to deliver efficient repairs and maintenance in empty properties, with strong emphasis on customer focus, safety and quality.

You will manage performance, KPIs, and budgeted targets while ensuring high service standards. A full UK driving licence is essential for this fast-moving role in Stanley and surrounding areas.
