• Deliver person-centred support that empowers individuals to live their best lives.
• Follow individual support plans and communication needs, including non-verbal cues.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, medication, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain open, honest communication with the people we support, their families and teammates.
