• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals.

• Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visits with family, supported employment, walks, shopping and other activities of choice.
• Complete a range of records and documents.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties including shopping and personal care when needed.
