Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be enthusiastic, compassionate and respectful of dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals.
• Support daily living needs and health-related requirements.
• Engage in activities and social outings as part of individual support plans.
• Complete records and documents related to care.
