Job summary

TimePlan Education is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join an established alternative provision in Wolverhampton from September. The role supports students with social, emotional and behavioural needs and works closely with teaching staff to help learners overcome barriers to learning.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AP/PRU settings, a proactive and resilient mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Alternative Provision or PRU settings.
• DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Provide targeted support in and out of the classroom.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to promote positive outcomes.
