Job summary

Midway Care Group is seeking dedicated staff to support adults with learning disabilities in daily living activities and personal care. You will help individuals develop skills, maintain dignity, and participate in community activities while following defined care plans and rights-based approaches.

Telephone screening and competency-based interviews will determine the suitability of candidates. Travel is reimbursed for onboarding, and full training is provided to new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring or working with a venerable adult.
• Care Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Demonstrates compassion and patience when supporting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities and personal care as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, staff and the local community.
• Identify and meet the needs of those we care for and encourage active participation.
