Qualifications

• Provide day to day care and support to enable individuals to live as independently as they wish.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, rights, responsibilities and choice for service users.
• Maintain high quality in service provision and participate in performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with personal care, daily living tasks and household chores.
• Assist in promoting service users' rights and choices and encourage community participation.
• Contribute to risk assessments and ensure safety and health guidelines are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with external professionals as needed.
• Assist in induction and ongoing development activities for colleagues.
