Job summary

The role focuses on practical assistance, encouragement and guidance, supporting individuals with daily living, wellbeing and social participation, while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Care experience with a person-centred approach.
• Ability to build respectful relationships and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to develop through training and supervision.
