Job summary

Worcestershire County Council is seeking Support Workers for Greenhill Lodge in Worcester. The role is based on day shifts with a salary of £25,185 (based on 37 hours) and permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with care and support needs is an advantage.
• Ability to use own initiative while being a strong team player.
• Good recording and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and day-to-day support to individuals.
• Support people with complex needs including learning disabilities, physical needs, mental health and autism.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans and risk assessments.
• Encourage participation in community activities and promote independence.
