Worcestershire County Council are hiring a Senior Support Worker at Worcester Resource Centre. The role is a permanent contract, 29hrs 45mins per week, based in Worcester with hybrid working where possible. Salary ranges £23,753–£25,767 per annum and includes local government pension and development opportunities.
Flexibility, good communication, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Experience in learning disability support and recording care activity is highly valued.

You will need to be flexible and enthusiastic, with an ability to communicate both verbally and written. Good recording skills are essential. Computer skills advantageous. Previous experience of supporting people with care and support needs would be an advantage; however an understanding of the needs and rights of people with learning disabilities is essential. You will have a can-do attitude with an ability to support and enable individuals to access a wide range of community activities.
