Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people with care needs and understanding rights of people with learning disabilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with complex learning disabilities, physical needs, mental health, autism, and related needs.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, empowerment and independence.
• Move and handle as required for mobility and participation in activities.
• Encourage engagement with community activities and social inclusion.
