Thera Trust is seeking enthusiastic support workers to join our inclusive team. You will help adults with learning disabilities achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living, home planning, leisure and travel.

We offer guaranteed monthly salary through Annualised Hours, flexible working patterns, quick start, 28 days leave, training and DBS check. No prior experience required as full training is provided.

• No prior experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
• Comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with mental health needs
• Compassionate, caring and confident
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily living and personal care.
