Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and SEN schools in Bromsgrove, Worcester and Redditch.

You will support pupils in mainstream and specialist settings, helping with learning, developing confidence and independence, and enabling access to education. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from graduates to seasoned assistants, who are caring, reliable and patient.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and reliable approach to supporting children.
• Willingness to work across primary settings with SEN experience encouraged.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in mainstream and SEN settings.
• Assist in 1:1 and small group activities.
• Support learning goals and accessibility for pupils.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff.
