Affinity Trust in Cheshire is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support Worker to help people with complex needs live well in their own homes. You will promote independence, build social connections and provide tailored support in daily activities.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with training provided. You must have experience in health and social care, a full UK driving licence is desirable, and sponsorship is not available.
