Job summary

Affinity Trust in Markfield is seeking a Female Positive Behavioural Support Worker to assist individuals with complex needs at their home, helping them stay independent and engaged. You will build meaningful relationships, plan, communicate and deliver support alongside the people you support.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and experience with mental health and behaviours that challenge. It is a full-time position (37.5 hours) with some part-time consideration; benefits include
