Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to support people with complex needs in their homes. You’ll promote independence, assist with daily activities, and help individuals connect with their community while delivering person-centred care.
Full training is provided, and a DBS check will be required. A full UK driving licence is desirable to support mobility and community activities.
