Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Fairlight, United Kingdom, to help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs live independently with confidence and choice.

You will provide daily assistance, support with personal care and medication, and empower clients to pursue activities and goals while working across flexible shifts including weekends and some sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Full training provided and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• An enhanced DBS check is required (paid for by us).
