Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment LTD is seeking two Outreach Workers to join a domestic abuse support service in Coventry. The role involves managing caseloads, delivering one-to-one support, and working with partner organisations to improve access to services for women and children affected by domestic abuse.

Full-time, permanent position based in Coventry. You will provide high-quality casework, advocacy and risk assessments, while developing ISPs and coordinating with statutory and voluntary services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-to-one support or casework to vulnerable individuals.
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Experience developing and reviewing support plans or ISPs.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality casework, one-to-one support and advice to women affected by domestic abuse.
• Undertake risk and needs assessments and develop safety plans.
• Develop and review Individual Support Plans with service users.
• Provide practical, emotional and advocacy support.
• Identify needs and refer to specialist agencies and services.
• Support access to statutory, voluntary and community services.
• Facilitate access to wider services and partnership working.
• Promote awareness of domestic abuse and available support.
