Job summary

• Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs, preferences and recovery goals.
• Develop customer-led support using person-centred and psychologically informed approaches.
• Provide information, advice and practical support to help customers understand and manage their recovery journey.
• Support customers to build confidence, resilience and practical skills for greater independence.
