Job summary

City of Peterborough Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. You will work with class teachers across activities to promote development and raise attainment, supporting pupils individually or in groups so they access the curriculum.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 8am–3.30pm. We offer a generous benefits package, CPD, professional development, and opportunities for progression as part of our diverse academy community.

• Work with class teachers across activities to promote development and raise attainment.
• Promote pupils' development, learning, self esteem and social inclusion.
• Give support to pupils, individually or in groups so they access the curriculum.
