You will promote development, self-esteem and social inclusion, providing individual or small-group support to enable learning and achievement. The role includes day-to-day classroom responsibilities and ongoing professional development.

• Work with the class teachers across a range of activities to promote development and raise the learning and attainment of our pupils
• Promote pupils' development, learning, self esteem and social inclusion
• Give support to pupils, individually or in groups so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
