Qualifikationen

• Understanding of National Curriculum and EYFS guidance.
• Experience supporting pupils with delayed developmental needs.
• Ability to contribute to planning and evaluation of learning.
• Comfort with safeguarding and inclusive practices.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to planning and evaluation of learning and record pupils' progress.
• Support individuals and small groups to accelerate learning.
• Support emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs, ensuring safety and access to learning.
• Assist with IEPs and Behaviour Plans; support personal care where required.
• Encourage independent learning and curiosity.
