Right2Work is seeking a committed Job Coach for our Supported Internship team based in Carlisle. The role begins with classroom-based sessions for six weeks, then transitions to on-site job coaching supporting young adults in their placements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with SEND/EHCP, and a proactive, empathetic approach. Driving license and DBS check are mandatory; term-time, part-time hours, 21 per week, permanent position.

Aufgaben

• Support interns in developing employability and independence skills.
• Deliver classroom-based sessions during the initial programme phase.
• Provide in-work support and job coaching across placements.
• Liaise with employers and support networks to ensure meaningful placements.
• Update learner records and contribute to reviews and reports.
• Promote confidence, independence and long-term employment outcomes.
