Job summary

Midway Care Group is hiring Female Support Workers for day shifts in Willenhall. You will help people develop daily living skills, meet their needs, and foster community ties while promoting independence and choice for individuals with learning disabilities.

The role requires a caring, flexible approach across weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for advancement into junior, middle, and senior leadership positions. Training is provided and personal care may be required.

• Experience in care or willingness to learn and care for others.
• Fully flexible across weekdays and weekends.
