Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Cardiff is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in community and supported living settings. The role offers £14.40–£15.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible agency work.

You will support daily living, emotional wellbeing, and social activities, while maintaining dignity and person-centred care. DBS check and UK working rights preferred, driving licence helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar support worker or care role.
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities.
• A caring, resilient, and professional approach.
• Right to work in the UK.
