Job summary

Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency recruiting experienced support workers to empower individuals to live better lives. You will work with adults or young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions or addiction.

We expect a minimum 12 months of UK support work experience, with DBS on the update service and up-to-date mandatory training being advantageous. We value staff fairness and provide support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage.
