Job summary

Think Community Care is recruiting experienced support workers in the United Kingdom to empower individuals to live more independently. You will support adults or young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or addiction, following personalized care plans.

We offer hourly pay of £14.85–£16.85, with options for block bookings and flexible day shifts. A current DBS and up-to-date training are advantageous, and a minimum of 12 months UK experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK experience as a Support Worker.
• Current DBS on update service would be advantageous.
• Up-to-date mandatory training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hit the ground running and follow care plans.
• Provide care and support toService users as per individual care plans.
