Respond Recruit is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers for flexible bank shifts across day, night and weekend patterns in the Cardiff area. Pay is £14.24 per hour with the opportunity to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.

As part of a caring team you will support residents with personal care, independence and wellbeing, while adhering to care plans and safeguarding guidelines. DBS, training and a professional approach are required.

Qualificações

• Enhanced DBS registered on Update Service.
• Moving & Handling, Health & Safety training.
• Safeguarding training certificates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional and reliable approach.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work day, night or weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support independence, dignity and personal care goals.
• Assist with therapy and rehabilitation programmes.
