Job summary

Autism Together is seeking a Male Support Worker in Wirral/West Cheshire to empower autistic individuals through personalised care and community activities. You will work within a warm team to enable daily living and personal goal attainment. Training and progression paths are available, with fully-funded qualifications.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £13.55, with 32 hours 39 minutes per week and a genuine opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
Compassionate and caring nature.
Desire to support people and make a positive difference.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and undertake professional development.

Responsibilities

Support individuals in their homes and engage with the local community.
Assist with personal care, appointments and daily activities.
Create and implement personalised care plans.
Build meaningful relationships and monitor progress.
