Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help children aged 9–18 live their daily lives as they choose. You will support with independent living skills and encourage participation in activities and education, in a warm, caring environment.

Join a charitable organisation with opportunities for training, progression and a supportive team, based at our rural Andover location with guaranteed shifts and a 39-hour permanent contract including a weekly sleepover.

Qualifications

• UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to work shifts including sleepovers.
• Empathy and commitment to child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 children with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting).
• Encourage school attendance and planning for their futures.
• Support to visit families and friends.
• Encourage activities and goals; be their cheerleader.
