We are seeking an Individual Placement Support (IPS) Employment Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The Forward Leeds IPS team aims to increase employment among individuals using specialist drug and alcohol services. The role involves working closely with recovery service staff to support a small caseload of service users into employment opportunities.
The Employment Specialist provides tailored employment support, including career coaching, CV writing, interview preparation, connecting with local and national employers, attending job fairs, and community work, to help individuals secure employment as part of their recovery journey.
