You will be part of an established team delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach for a caseload of clients. Your responsibilities include providing person-centred advice and guidance to support clients in securing and maintaining suitable employment. You will build positive relationships with local employers to source vacancies and assist clients in entering and sustaining employment.
You will work within a community drug and alcohol treatment service, maintaining integrated relationships and promoting a holistic recovery approach through employment. You will engage with stakeholders such as service managers, clinical teams, user groups, training and employment schemes, local colleges, employers, and partner agencies (e.g., mental health, criminal justice, housing).
