Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Employment Specialist in Southwark, London to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities toward sustainable employment.

You will manage a diverse caseload, provide tailored advice, and coordinate interventions with partners and employers. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalised action plans, signposting services, and delivering employability support while meeting performance, quality and safeguarding

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual requirements, quality frameworks, and compliance standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft 365 apps, CRM systems and digital platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage a diverse caseload of participants, providing person-centred, strengths-based support to help individuals achieve their employment goals.
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify skills and barriers, develop tailored Action Plans, and review progress.
• Deliver high-quality employment support in line with IPS and local contract requirements.
• Engage with local employers to identify vacancies, promote inclusive recruitment, and provide in-work support.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure safeguarding and data protection compliance, and meet performance targets.
