Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Southwark, London, is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health support needs on their journey into sustainable employment, managing a caseload and providing tailored guidance.

You will engage with employers, deliver employability support, and coordinate interventions, ensuring safeguarding, data protection, and contract targets are met. The role requires a strong local labour market understanding and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services to contractual requirements and quality frameworks.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR requirements.
• Ability to work flexibly across Southwark and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload providing person-centred, strengths-based support.
• Conduct vocational assessments and develop tailored Action Plans.
• Engage with local employers to identify vacancies and promote inclusive recruitment.
• Provide job brokerage, CV development, applications, and interview preparation.
• Deliver in-work support and coordinate with partners to address barriers to employment.
• Meet and exceed targets for participant engagement and job outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and management information systems.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and information governance.
