Seetec Group in London is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored guidance, and coordinate interventions with partners and employers to progress into work.

You will conduct assessments, develop action plans, signpost services, and help with job matching, interviews, and in-work support.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications and digital communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored support to help them move into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers to work.
• Achieve performance, quality, compliance, and customer service targets.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and specialist services to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and undertake other duties as needed.
