Seetec in Southampton is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, assess needs, create Action Plans, and coordinate interventions, while engaging with local employers to match vacancies and provide interview and in-work support.

The role requires strong customer service, local labour market understanding, and commitment to safeguarding and data protection.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Experience delivering services against contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored support to move into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers.
• Achieve performance, quality, compliance, and customer service targets.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Support participants with applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and specialist services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection and safeguarding compliance.
• Follow company policies and procedures and uphold best practice.
