Job summary

Seetec in Kensington (London) is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health needs and learning disabilities towards sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, assess needs, and create personalised action plans while engaging with local employers and partners to secure vacancies.

You will guide participants through applications, interviews, and in-work support, while meeting performance and safeguarding standards and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must work in a target-driven environment with performance expectations.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers to work.
• Achieve performance, quality, and safeguarding targets.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify suitable vacancies.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Champion best practice and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
