Job summary

Delta Wellbeing Ltd in Wales is seeking an Employment Specialist to support the Connect to Work programme and to assist in the delivery and coordination alongside the team.

You will travel across Carmarthenshire, work weekends/evenings as needed, and communicate in Welsh at level 4. A DBS check will be required, with support available to reach the language level.

• Ability to travel across Carmarthenshire and work flexibly incl. weekends/evenings.
• Welsh language level 4 required; support provided to reach this level.

We are seeking an individual to join the team as an Employment Specialist. The role will support the Manager in the delivery and co-ordination of the Connect to Work programme

The post holder will be expected work as part of a team and build and maintain effective and supportive relationships with peers and partners. They will need excellent time management skills and demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Ability to travel across Carmarthenshire and work on a flexible basis, that will include weekends and evenings.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job

Level 4 - You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
