Job summary

Delta Wellbeing Ltd in Llanelli is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining a spotless, clutter-free environment, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and waste disposal. The position is 14 hours per week with a £13.81 hourly rate, pro-rated based on 37 hours a week.

You will also replenish consumables, use cleaning equipment and follow health and safety guidance. A DBS check is required and basic Welsh knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that all areas are spotless and free of clutter. Duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and emptying waste bins as well as replenishing consumable items and deep cleaning as required. You will be responsible for using cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals, following health and safety guidance.

You will also need:

• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility and the willingness to assist with other cleaning requirements.

An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk

Level 1 - You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level..
