A leading organization in the mental health sector is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals in recovery. This role offers on-the-job training and the chance to make a significant impact in the Bradford and Keighley communities. You will help clients find meaningful employment and provide ongoing support, collaborating with treatment teams to overcome barriers. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for making a difference.
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with almost 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate two large organizations, some systems and branding may still reflect 'Humankind'. Full integration of our recruitment systems is planned for next year.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Pelican House, Bradford, BD1 5BA, with travel across sites as needed.
