ROLE SUMMARY – IPS Employment Specialist – Criminal Justice

You will be part of an established team delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach for a caseload of clients. Your responsibilities include providing person-centred advice and guidance to support clients in securing and maintaining appropriate employment outcomes. You will build positive relationships with local employers to source suitable vacancies, enabling clients to enter and sustain employment.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including service managers, clinical teams, user groups, training and employment schemes, local colleges, employers, Jobcentre Plus (JCP), prisons, probation, and other partner agencies.
