Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor for Bedfordshire with 1–3 PQE to handle a broad range of employment matters, including TUPE and tribunal claims. The role also involves corporate work, immigration, and HR compliance, with a focus on business development.

You will build lasting client relationships, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of the Employment team in a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• 1–3 PQE with solid employment law experience.
• Exposure to employment-related corporate work is a plus.
• Strong academics, communication skills and commercial awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of employment matters including TUPE, restructures, redundancies, Employment Tribunal claims, advocacy and settlements.
• Support corporate transactions, immigration advice and HR compliance, and drive business development.
• Build lasting client relationships and help develop junior colleagues while contributing to team growth.
