QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks an Employment Solicitor for a fully remote role with a well-established national legal services business. The ideal candidate has 2+ years PQE and enjoys handling contentious matters, with exposure to both employers and employees.
You will manage your own caseload, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and settlements, while benefiting from a consistent pipeline of work and an emphasis on quality advice.
A well-established national legal services business is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its growing employment team. This is a fully remote opportunity and would suit an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who enjoys contentious work and is looking for a role offering a consistent and varied caseload.
The team handles employment matters for both employers and employees, giving you exposure to disputes from both sides rather than restricting you to purely claimant or respondent work.
You will manage your own caseload of employment matters, with work including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and settlement agreements, alongside broader contentious and non-contentious employment advice.
A particular attraction of the role is the established flow of work available through the wider business. There is a consistent pipeline of employment matters, allowing you to concentrate on running cases and providing good quality advice rather than having to generate your own caseload.
The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and strong employment law experience. You should be comfortable managing your own files, dealing directly with clients and handling employment litigation from initial instruction through to conclusion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking for a genuinely remote role with a busy and varied caseload, excellent quality of work and the backing of a well-established national organisation.
