• Strong experience in employment disputes.
• Able to manage own caseload and advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and settlement agreements.
• Work on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters as part of a busy team.
• Provide high-quality advice from instruction through to resolution, with exposure to disputes from both employers and employees.
